The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, and motivate, to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or engineering
• 3+ years in sales management within a manufacturing setting
• Proven track record of success – sales cycle from plan to close
• SalesForce CRM experience
• Requires 25% travel
