Ipsen Japan Strengthens Customer Service Team with New Director
“Ipsen Japan is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Masakazu Kanaka in the role of Customer Service Director.
In this newly created role, Kanaka san is responsible for the growth of all Ipsen Japan customer service business, which includes retrofits, parts and service. As a member of Ipsen Japan’s Executive Leadership, he will oversee the aftermarket sales team and field service engineers.
Kanaka san comes to Ipsen from Key Technologies, where he served as Director of Service Operations. He previously worked for VAT Japan where he held a leadership role in aftermarket services. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the National Institute of Technology.
Kanaka san was raised in the Okayama Prefecture, just west of Osaka. Outside of work, he enjoys endurance cycling as well as horseback riding with his daughter.
