In a story coming from an independent source but verified by Mr. Bill Jones, CEO of “Solar Atmospheres” (the largest privately owned commercial heat treater in North America) “The Monty Heat Treat News” has learned that “Solar Atmospheres” will be adding a seventh US location.

The company recently invested in a 29,504 square foot facility in Berlin, Connecticut. This will be a “greenfield”site in that while the building exists all the equipment and supporting infrastructure will be new. 

This will be the seventh location for Solar Atmospheres, which has two locations in Pennsylvania, two in California, one in South Carolina and another in Michigan. It caters to aerospace, automotive, defense, medical, power generation and other industries.
