Recently the company brought on line a 4,000 pound/hour Can Eng mesh belt furnace line capable of neutral hardening and case hardening. The line has an automated loading system, a complete datalogging system, oil quenching with an in line tempering furnace. With the addition of this line, the company now has over 200,000 pounds per day of continuous heat-treating capacity.
