Bluewater Thermal Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Kuriger as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), reporting to Patrick McKenna (CEO). In this role, Jamie will lead Bluewater’s revenue strategy across sales, marketing, and commercial operations, with a focus on profitable growth, market expansion, and deepening customer partnerships across the company’s national footprint.

Jamie brings more than 15 years of executive and senior sales leadership experience within the thermal processing, surface technology, and advanced manufacturing industries. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales, North America for an international commercial heat treater, where he was responsible for sales strategy and performance across a $350M+ revenue portfolio spanning precision heat treatment, HIP, and surface technologies. During his tenure, Jamie consistently delivered strong organic growth, executed complex long-term agreements, drove competitive capture, and strengthened EBITDA performance while leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.

Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Eastern Connecticut State University and has been recognized for his leadership within the heat treating industry, including being named to the Heat Treat Today 40 Under 40 list.

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Jamie will oversee all commercial functions at Bluewater Thermal Solutions, partnering closely with executive leadership to accelerate growth, enhance customer experience, and advance Bluewater’s strategic objectives.
