COVID related issues have effected the entire worldwide supply chain meaning that lead times for everything has increased. Furnaces, alloy components, combustion burners and quenchant have been adversely effected. Just today we were approached by a very large heat treater desperate to find a supply of UCONN A NN quenchant for their Induction heat treat department. We approached the supplier Chemtool who said they like everybody else have had supply chain issues beyond their control and yes deliveries were slower. If there is anybody out there with several barrels of UCONN A NN Quenchant this heat treater would be very interested in knowing about it. [email protected]
