Manufactured by TAV Vacuum furnaces this furnace is in “like new” condition with the following specifications;

 

 

The furnace with its large work zone and excellent uniformity (±25ºF), capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 2400ºF, provides a vacuum level of 10-3 torr (range), and offers a quench pressure up to 5-bar, thus supporting a diverse array of applications and use cases. It is particularly suited for processes such as tempering, annealing, normalizing, or aging of large components or substantial loads. Additionally, the quench pressure and cooling speed facilitate specific hardening applications. The furnace can also efficiently handle brazing applications and diffusion bonding cycles. Furthermore, the furnace is designed to comply with AMS2750 regulations, making it suitable for use in various industries, including aerospace. Whether handling larger parts or accommodating high-volume production, its design ensures exceptional throughput while maintaining precision. 

 

The furnace is in near mint condition, ensuring low maintenance costs and long service life. It has undergone only a low three-digit number of production cycles. The hot zone is constructed from durable graphite board and CFC, ensuring longevity.
