• General; This oven is state of the art technology enabling heat cleaning of parts coated with grease, oil, paint, carbon, plastics and water scale. Materials that can be heat cleaned include steel, aluminum and cast iron. The oven has 2 chambers -a process chamber where parts are loaded with normal operating temperature of 550-800 F ( 288-427 C) and a thermal oxidizer chamber to reduce flue gas pollution with temperatures of 1400-1600 F ( 760-870 C). The temperature ranges depend on the material being cleaned.
