Controls are located in an enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the oven. There is a Honeywell UDC 2300 digital temperature controller and high limit. This oven also has a Honeywell digital round chart recorder mounted in a separate enclosure attached the right-hand side. Control switches for the main power, circulating fan etc. are flush mounted in the enclosure.

 

This oven has an air operated vertical lift door with high temperature ceramic fiber gasketing. Stainless steel interior with insulated floor. Louvered air duct panels on both side walls and the roof. Heating elements and circulating fan are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated out both side wall air ducts and returns through the roof creating a combination airflow pattern for good uniform heating. An exhaust vent is located on top of the oven.
