Built by “Grieve” this is a Model B1-750 system, Serial Number 14787 gas fired Walk-In/Truck Oven;

 

 

This oven has double doors on one end with “Brixon” door latches, dual door limit safety switches, insulated floor with floor tracks and high temperature ceramic fiber door gasketing. Side mounted “Incinomite” package burner with Fire Eye flame safety and spark ignition. Heated air is circulated horizontally and vertically for a combination air flow via rear mounted 2 HP recirculating fan. Also located on the rear wall is a 325 CFM powered exhauster. A roll-in cart is included with this oven.

 

Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven includes a Honeywell UDC  digital temperature controller and a Partlow analog high limit. Panel is complete with control switches, signal lights, motor starter, fuses, etc. Side mounted multi-point TC jack is also included.
