Despatch conveyor oven with NEW 1/2″ x 1/2″ wire on edge conveyor belt. This oven has a 4′ long load end and a 2′ long unload end. Top mounted burner box with recirculating fan and Eclipse burner. Oven has new gas train to meet current NFPA, new conveyor belt, new conveyor drive motor, new Allen Bradley VFD conveyor belt controller, new thermocouples etc. Oven has been tested and is ready to ship. Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure with fused disconnect. Honeywell UDC digital temperature control, Honeywell UDC digital high limit and Honeywell round chart recorder. Allen Bradley VFD speed controller for conveyor belt. Honeywell flame relay. Complete new gas train installed to current NFPA.
