Item # C419 2,000 Pound/Hour AFC-Holcroft Mesh Belt Furnace Line

Built by “AFC-Holcroft” of Wixom, MI this line consists of a loader, prewash, hardening furnace, quench tank, post wash, temper furnace and Nitrogen generating system;

Hardening furnace runs up to 1700 degrees and 2000 lbs./per hour. Belt is 48” wide by approximately 22 ft long . New “SSI” flow meter panel with “EFLO” 2.0, nitrogen, Endo, enrichment gas , and dilution air electronic flow meters. New Over temp alarm system for hardening furnace. New air-cooled atmosphere fans inside. New “SSI” digital graph readout to eliminate paper tracking. Closed loop water cooled system for bearings.
New C02 suppression system for quench tank.
Quench tank volume approximately 5,350 gallons. Has an SBS air/oil quench oil cooler and Honeywell temperature controller.
Temper furnace is capable of 600-1250 degrees at 2200 lbs./per hour. Belt width is 60” wide with 2” high flex plate. 34 ft belt furnace length
The line has a prewash and post wash. Post wash is right before the temper furnace. Prewash has a new “Smart Skim” oil removal system.

“South Tek” Nitrogen Generating System Model 120TS-T Serial # 64525.

Brand new alloy radiant tubes, fans and belts which have never seen heat. Also included are new spare alloy belts and radiant tubes. Brickwork in very good condition. This line is installed but not currently in use. Over the past year vendor has invested well over $1 million USD in alloy, controls, nitrogen generating system, oil skimmer and state of the art flowmeters.
