Description. Standard “Rotary Hearth” furnace with air operated vertical lift door, fiber insulation, metallic heating elements, roof mounted circulating furnace, flame curtain and SiC hearth plates. Furnace has two (2) zones of control. Furnace is an atmosphere tight furnace with dual atmosphere seals. The outer atmosphere seal is oil, and the inner atmosphere seal is sand. Manuals and drawings are included with this furnace.

Controls are mounted an wired in a free standing panel includes an Allen Bradley PLC, SSi for temperature control and high limit control. There is SSi to control atmosphere. Power to the heating elements are controlled through Spang “SCR” power controllers. Flow meters for endo gas.
