A few weeks back as part of a Monday morning briefing we ran a photo of a brand new Ion Heat Ion Nitrider and told you that when the time was right we would tell you where the unit is located. Well now is the time and we can tell you that the system is up and running at a manufacturer of top end aerospace gearing by the name of Precision Gear Inc., located in College Point, NY  http://www.precisiongearinc.com/ We are not in a position to add any further details about the heat treating department of the company except to say that it is a very impressive company.
