German & US Furnace Builders Announce Working Agreement

McLaughlin Furnace Group of Avilla, Indiana, USA and ROHDE Schutzgasöfen GmbH of Hanau, Germany have announced that they are entering into an agreement to work together on future projects through the exchange of their thermal processing technologies. Future projects will include McLaughlin Furnace Group supporting Rohde’s Salt Recovery Units, Retort style furnace and nitriding technologies in North America. Rohde will in turn build and support McLaughlin’s Endothermic Generator technology in Europe along with McLaughlin’s complete line of thermal processing equipment. The Rohde presence in North America will be under the company’s new USA subsidiary “Rhohdetherm Inc“.
