Hart-Tech Heat Treat located in Lodz, Poland is a commercial heat treater founded in 2010. Since that time it has added a number of different processes, and 2024 was no exception. To round out the year the company just received a new SECO/WARWICK vacuum carburizing (LPC) system.

The furnace offers an acetylene vacuum carburizing (LPC) and ammonia (LPCN) process combined with a 25 bar gas cooling system.  

LPC will join hardening, carburizing, nitriding, sulfonitriding, tempering of steel, supersaturation and aging, steel annealing and vacuum brazing that the company offers.
