General Description; This unit is a tube fired car bottom unit with an operating range from 500F to 1450F. The maximum loading is 35,000 pounds. The car and door are manually operated by the furnace operator. The furnace is equipped with a programmable controller and is capable of both heating and cooling. The furnace is lined with ceramic fiber for quick heat up and cool down capabilities.

The car is insulated with IFB shapes with hard brick pier areas for the load to be placed on. The furnace to the car seal is accomplished by raising or lowering the actual furnace with a hydraulic system.
