Chain Manufacturer Close to Completing New HT Dept

In mid 2024 chain manufacturer “Renold Jeffrey” in Morristown, TN, USA set out on an ambitious project, to expand and modernize their in-house heat treat department, in particular the firm was looking for more batch IQ furnace capacity. The search eventually led the company to 4 late model gas fired “Surface Combustion” batch IQ furnaces with working dimensions of 36″ X 48″ X 36″ which were being sold by a company which was closing down. A deal was struck and the result was that “Renold Jeffry” starting installing the furnaces early in 2025 (at this point we should add that the equipment was relatively new-only 5 years old in some cases and in excellent condition). Fast forward to the present day and the entire project is getting close to completion with most of the furnaces installed and in operation. The end result is that by the time they are finished “Renold Jeffrey” will have a modern heat treat department with the latest controls and technology.
