In Austria we find that Schmid Schrauben (Wurth group) has just finished installing a mesh belt furnace line from Italian furnace builder Meapforni.

“Meapforni is installing a mesh belt line with a capacity of 1000 kg/hour at Schmid Schrauben plant (WURTH group) in Austria. The line is part of a large investment SSH is doing to increase the production capacity. The system is fully automatic and consists of a prewash, gas carbonitriding furnace with oil quench, post wash and tempering furnace. Production tests are scheduled for next months.”
