“Alloy Engineering, a diverse fabricator specializing in high[1]temperature & corrosion-resistant alloys, has acquired Thermcraft Inc., a leading manufacturer of high[1]quality thermal processing equipment. The official announcement was made when Nancy Crafton, widow of former President & CEO, Thomas Crafton, shared the details of the acquisition with the Thermcraft family and introduced them to the new Thermcraft owners.
