"May 12, 2026 – Samuel, Son & Co., Limited (Samuel), a leading metals distributor and industrial products manufacturer, announced today that it is selling its additive manufacturing business, Burloak Technologies, to i3D Manufacturing, a division of BTX Precision.

Effective today, Burloak Technologies will transition to i3D Manufacturing.
