• Working dimensions of thirty (30) inches wide by forty-eight (48) inches long by thirty (30) inches high effective. 3,000 pound load capacity
• 44 ½" Hearth line
• 90 KW 480 volt heating system for operation to 1,400F
• Steady state temperature uniformity of ±10°F from 350°F to 1,400F
• 6,200 CFM 10 HP variable speed recirculating fan mounted on the rear wall for ease of maintenance
• 6" modular ceramic fiber wall and door insulation coated with rigidizer is used for low heat loss, low heat storage, and ease of maintenance
• Pneumatically operated vertical door lift with hand valve control
• Honeywell EZ Trend Recorder
• C6-T Controller (PLC)

Controls; The C6-T controllers will utilize an Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC. The C6-T single point controllers will include a Red Lion Model G310 HMI Panel. The G310 is a 10", color display with resistive touch screen. The Red Lion HMI provides local trending and historical alarm viewing. Remote viewing of all controller screens can be done through a web browser. Local trend data, alarm data, and event tracking files are saved in .csv format on the Compact Flash memory card in the HMI. The files can be accessed through a web browser or via an FTP Server.
