System 1: “Inductoheat” SP11-150-200, 150 kW, 200 kHz built in 2012 and recertified later by Inductoheat  in 2014. This is a Power Supply and Heat station. Also included is a SSIV Base which has a tank and usually has a quench filter, pump, heat exchanger and a water recirculating and cooling system with heat exchanger and temp control. This is an excellent opportunity to retool with a simple Lift & Rotate fixture and control for use or resale at a significant price. The frequency will be useful for hardening with shallow case depth or for heating small diameter parts.

System 2: “Radyne” 75TYFN30L, 75 kW, 30 kHz built in 2014. 75 kW, 30 kHz power supply which can be used for hardening medium case depths ( .060 – .100 ) and for the low end of the range (.040-.030” in steel). So this can provide a little more flexibility in case hardening than 10 kHz. It could be used to retrofit an existing Scanner or other work station with aging power.
