Wisconsin Walk-In Oven with double doors on both ends. Ceramic fiber door gaskets and “BRIXON” spring latches provide a good seal. Oven floor consists of steel plate with Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Heating elements and 15 HP circulating fan are located in a separate dog house the above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. There is a powered exhauster located on top of the oven. Oven was removed from service fully operational.
