Well the problem in this very short video clip is a warped door on an older batch IQ furnace. As all experienced heat treaters know a gap of just a few thousands of an inch is going to cause exactly what you see here, namely flames leaking from around the door. Luckily the fix is pretty simple, remove the door,  grind and ensure that almost perfect flatness is achieved.
