Description: Standard VFS design horizontal front loading vacuum sintering/heat treating furnace. This furnace was built in 2002 an appears to be complete and in good condition. The hot zone consists of 1/2" carbon felt and 1" graphite board with "GraForm" graphite heating elements. There are four (4) zones of control in this furnace which consists of bottom, top, front and rear. Power to the graphite heating elements is controlled through a Hunterdon VRT transformer. A 50 H.P. external gas cooling fan cools the load down at 5040 CFM using Argon atmosphere. The maximum internal operating pressure and water jacket pressure is 15 psig. This furnace has a load/hearth capacity of 2000 pounds @ 2500°F. The Stokes pumping system includes a 615 MHR blower/vacuum booster and a 412 mechanical/roughing pump. Water requirements is 95 GPM @ 85°F & 60 psig. Floor Plan: 21'W x 10'H x 29'L (taken from print). Comes with a Dry coolers cooling system with a Delta cooling tower, 400 gallon surge tank, Manuals & Drawings. Manual loader which includes floor mounted tracks.
